Central Model Taster Morning September 2019 (19)

Huge thanks to the students and teachers from Central Model for coming in on Thursday morning to have a taste of what it is like to spend a day in Larkin. 

During the morning they visited the library, the art room, the science lab, and got to experience our P-Tech programme first hand!!

They then sat down and had a hot lunch in our atrium area as all our students do every day.

Mornings like this are essential for students who are due to make the transition from primary to secondary school. The move can be daunting for students and getting to walk the corridors as well as meet students and teachers will help to alleviate those fears.

Thanks to Mr.Soffe and Janet for all their hard work organising this event and to the students and teachers from Central Model for coming down.

Special mention to our relationship keepers and student volunteers who worked with the Central Model students this morning. You were all great!
