GPO Witness History Presentation

Fantastic GPO Witness History presentation for all 3rd years in Library along with handling items. Thanks to Irish Volunteer 'Tom' and Ann-Marie Smith. Looking forward to visiting the GPO next week.

Creative Writing Group

Creative Writing group meeting with author Rod Smith in Library during lunchtime.

Student Book Club

Our Student Book Club was held during lunchtime on Friday. We discussed the books the students had read on the theme (difference) using a list of discussion points prepared by Bernadette Larkin, as part of UNESCO City of Literature initiative. Sarah Crossan's books were by far the most popular.

The students are writing up reviews of these books and we have started creating a recommended reading list for other JCSP schools.
