Second Year Students Explore Careers in Construction

Our second year students recently visited a John Paul Construction site as part of their involvement in the Business in the Community Ireland “World of Work” programme. The visit provided students with a valuable opportunity to see a large scale construction project nearing completion.

During the tour, students were guided around the site and given insight into the different stages of construction. They also had the chance to hear directly from members of the John Paul Construction team, who spoke about their career paths and the routes they took after finishing school.

The experience offered students a practical understanding of the construction industry and highlighted the wide range of opportunities available within the sector. A huge thank you to all involved for this exciting opportunity!
