Silent Lunch Students Enjoy a Restorative Visit to The Sanctuary

Silent Lunch students recently visited The Sanctuary Garden and Labyrinth, a mindful space located on Stanhope Street in Dublin. During the trip, students created a series of beautiful images inspired by their surroundings.

The group spent the day immersed in nature, walking through the biodiversity garden and labyrinth, as well as taking time for drawing and meditation. The visit provided a calm and reflective environment, allowing students to slow down and connect with the natural world.

The Sanctuary is open to everyone and offers a beautiful and welcoming place to visit. The school extends its thanks to the Sanctuary team for providing such a peaceful and restorative experience, and to Ms O’Higgins for organising the trip.
