Transition Year Students Take Part in Googles “Mind the Gap” Workshop

A group of our Transition Year students took part in Google’s Mind the Gap workshop, an inspiring program designed to encourage young women to explore careers in technology.

During the workshop, students got a taste of what it’s like to work in the tech industry. They took part in fun, interactive activities, learned about coding, and heard from women working at Google about their experiences in the world of tech.

One of the highlights was a panel discussion where the students got to ask questions and get real world advice on pursuing careers in STEM.

The day left everyone feeling motivated and excited about the possibilities in tech. Huge thanks to Google for such a fantastic experience!
